“With a short Uber ride to the airport and mall”
The breakfast was ok and coffe enjoyable. There is also a small shared balcony at the back of the property, which is a nice place to sit for a while. The surrounding area is fairly quiet, but there are not many shops, restaurants, or attractions within walking distance, so getting around generally requires Uber. On the positive side, the location is relatively convenient for airport access.

“Great for one night in San José”
The bed were very comfortable and for the price. We had a very nice authentic breakfast in the morning. As we were just there for a night, it was perfect for us. The location was nice and quiet and mostly close by taxi to the airport. I would go back if we need a place to stay for one night before or after a flight.

“Solid place for overnight stay at the airport”
Very quick connection to the airport. Only 10 min by taxi or 30 min by foot. The landlord was very kind. She offered me breakfast in the morning.

“Great place for a few days in Alajuela”
I stayed here 1 night to catch the plane the next morning. The lady who owns the place was very accommodating. She waited up to let me in from a late flight and was up early to make sure I had breakfast in the morning. She also booked a taxi for me to get back to the airport.

“Saw the bed and left immediately, disgusting”
The bedsheet was so filthy and just covered by a blanket for another guest to come. By filthy I mean disgustingly bad - with hair of multiple length and color, unspecified huge stains etc. I do t need much but when I saw this I just left

The owner is absolutely lovely, and extremely generous. I really appreciated her help with organising an early-morning taxi (especially when I had to delay it by three hours at midnight). Despite not knowing English, she made sure we were able to communicate using a translator.

“Did the job for one night”
It is close to the airport, which was good because my flight arrived at 1am. The owner is friendly and accommodating- she even ordered me a taxi in the morning to the airport.
