“Beautiful location with sub-par rooms. Bring your own towels!”
The location is beautiful. The room size was nice (with chairs/couch and small kitchenette), and we enjoyed having a private balcony in our room. The restaurant had good food and a lovely outdoor seating area.

Staff very friendly. Mr. Saiful and Mr. Sameer were gentlemen. Location very good and stunning view. New restaurant at the bottom of the cliff. Safe. Very good restaurant staff.

“Amazing resort”
Great location, very beautiful surroundings, well maintained, good staff. Make sure to take rent a car or personal car to reach the location, there are no other arrangements for the transportation

“Amazing”
A little bit far from the city, but very beautiful place. Kitchen was also clean and nice. we enjoyed the view of the mountains. People were also nice(first man of the reception, and the man suggested us to go upstairs to see the view)

“Best location, best staff, clean and spacious room, kids and family enjoyed”
We have traveled around Saudi (Taif, Abha, Umluj, Al Bahah, Yanbu, and Jeddah, etc.) for the last six years. This hotel location was the best. It is at the top of the mountains at Ash Shafa. The view from the room is amazing. Very clean, spacious rooms, the staff (Mr. Jamal) was amazing, water was hot, good water pressure, clean and smell-free toilets, comfortable beds. The kitchen was nice and had all the utilities. The family and kids had fun. We had the best experience ever in Saudi Arabia. You can park your car on the sixth floor. And it is fun to drive the car at the top of the hotel.
