I stayed at this hotel during the winter season, and it was an amazing experience. The view was beautiful, and the wooden-style room gave a warm and cozy feeling — perfect for winter. The service was also good, making the stay very comfortable overall

The kitchen guy had bad behavior... he did not respond to us properly, and once the food was ordered, he did not bring water that was requested by my kids...

The hotel is situated in Al Shafa Mountain. The location is perfect, the outside view from the hotel is amazing, and in the evening we can see clouds from the window. There is also a cafeteria and a restaurant.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the only hotel atop the highest mountain of Shifa, known as Jabal Dakka, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The hotel's ideal location adds an unparalleled charm to the stay, being the solitary accommodation in the entire area. Upon arrival, the cleanliness and meticulous maintenance of the hotel left a lasting impression. The check-in process was swift and efficient, and we appreciated being presented with a choice between two room types. Opting for a partitioned room allowed our kids to enjoy the TV lounge without disturbance, offering a thoughtful touch for families. The furniture in our room was almost brand new, showcasing a level of cleanliness and maintenance that exceeded our expectations. While we encountered a few insects, it was understandable given the hotel's mountainous surroundings and lush greenery. However, it's worth noting that this did not significantly impact our overall comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming coffee shop and restaurant within the hotel. Impeccably maintained and offering excellent service, it became a favorite spot during our time at the hotel. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat in chilly weather, coupled with breathtaking views from Jabal Dakka. The overall experience, from the comfortable and well-maintained rooms to the excellent dining options, made our stay truly memorable.
