“Wonderful Stay in Umroh Ramadhan 1447 H”

Alhamdulillah we (5 peoples) had wonderful days during our stay in SAJA Hotel Mekkah in the beginning of Ramadhan 1447 H during performing our Umroh. We arrived in ihram at the hotel and check in at the receptionist easily and smoothly thank you for the kind man at receptionist we even got 3 keys cards access room. Flowery parfum in the air at the receptionist wallahi its so amazing like in the flowery garden when entering the hotel lobby. Amazing place, spacious, clean, the bathroom so clean, complete amenities. We have microwave and big refrigerator with freezer, so we have sahour at our own room. In our suite we got 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a livingroom with sofa and big TV, a dining table with 4 chairs. We also got another 2 TV each in bedrooms. We can watch the Live haramain condition crowded or not on TV. Thank you so much for the crew room boys: Muhammad Syaiful Islam and Abdul Rakib for their excellent services. We got a bunch of water bottle, clean towel, clean room everyday. We think for comeback again to stay here next umroh insyaAllah. I can see the clock tower from my master bedroom big windows 😁. Also the bus ready 24 hours anytime we want to go to masjidil haram infront of the hotel just get in the free shuttle bus and in 2 minutes we arrive behind the clock tower and just walk to the gate 79 for the umroh. So easy access alhamdulillah.

It was more than value for money. Constant shuttle buses going back and forth to Al Haram during peak Hajj season no problems no long waits.

The shuttle bus service was great. The view was very nice from the 21st floor. The apartment was big and had good ammenities.

Dear Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent hotel reservation. When I booked the hotel through your platform, the listing clearly showed that breakfast was included in the price. Based on that information, I proceeded with the booking and paid the full amount. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that the restaurant is closed and that breakfast would not be provided. This is completely unacceptable, as I paid for a service that was advertised and confirmed at the time of booking. I kindly request that you review this issue and provide an appropriate resolution, whether through compensation or a refund for the breakfast portion of the booking. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.

Location

The size of the rooms in the royal suites are amazing. Great for big families and self catering apartments. Location is nice away from all the crazy crowds. Shuttle service is excellent. Just remember to buy your groceries,food or other essentials before u get back to the shuttle. There are no shops near or on the property. A supermarket and little food outlets will make it amazing. Great stay at Saja by Warwick. Shukran

“As always Best Expierence”

Saja is my always my first choice from past 6 years. I am less abled and walking is most challenging part for me. Now keeping that in mimd here is my review. The location is very convienent to Haram. Its just one tunnel between hotel and Haram. Shuttle bus is always there round the clock. I never had to wait for the bus to arrive. Bus takes 2 mins (one stop only) to drop you under clock tower, from there its just 7mins walk all under shade. On Fridays Busses stop going in tunnel at 10:00am till 02:00pm by Saudi Govt. Walking time is roughly 20mins from hotel to inside Haram via tunnel. Ambiance is good. Beds are comfortable and maintained at Hotel standards. We have booked multiple rooms and bed quality was consistant. It is away from Market place but has good connections to other localities like Azizia, Faroukia etc. Its away from major traffic rush areas so very easy to commute, to and from Airport/Stations. I took a taxi on Friday at 2pm to catch 03:15 train and reached station in 15mins. For food my go to place is always Clock Tower Food court so it never botherd me. I stayed in Haram mostly but even if I have to do back and forth from hotel its easy to do so as all busses give drop at the hotel. The Hotel has super fast lifts and even at peak times I never had to wait for the lift to come more then a min. Most of the staff is multilingual, apart from arabic they understand English, Urdu, Bengoli, Hindi and Maley etc. Even the night staff can communicate in English. Generaly they are accomodating and quick to respond. I dont mention names here as all are hardworking. The room service was acceptional. Always there when requested. They will not stop for tips you have to be pro active if you wish to tip them. They do there bit and move on.

Breakfast was good, Service staff namely mhd irshad and mhd shajibul were outstanding. Always willing to assist

Everything was amazing.Location and hotel rooms were good and well maintained. Room service staff was exceptional especially Mr bilal Ud Din and Hassan Ali.

Shuttle bus was not available for Friday prayers at 10.45.

Room size was nice and spacious
