“Very comfortable and enjoyable”
There was free transport to Haram which was excellent. The Mr Fida Hussain from Pakistan was the driver. He was very kind and made sure his passengers and partners arrived to the bus. Excellent service excellent character. The reception staff also were very helpful. The hotel was really clean and very well maintained. They had nice cool drinks available always, along with dates and qahwa when you arrived which was so nice.thank you.

Clean hotel. Good breakfast. Large comfy room with most of necessities. Shuttle service was good. Driver Fida Hussain was on time and really polite.

“May be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at ever”
This hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a much much better stay here than i did at the hotels located right at masjid annabawi. They are so generous with their bathroom supplies and water supplies. The hotel room was also much bigger than the other overpriced ridiculous hotels.

“Overall stay was hurt by the incident due to sharp edge furniture”
I stayed in 1024 room, Hotel clean, good Location, parking facility near by, walking distance to Haram 10 min and shuttle service available as well. Breakfast would like to include items like nuggets as well.

Please improve Bus services need more buses for pickup and drop 🙏 because I come back three. Times by wake 1km All drivers have good attitude no complaints
