Nice location with everything in walking distance. Haram Bab Salaam road (bridge at "sitteen") is just a five minute / 5 riyal taxi ride. They have a shuttle service too but I didn't get the chance to use it. Location also close to Qiblatain and saba massajid, Universities and MOH hospitals are a few minutes away. Room was clean with all expected amenities present. Staff were friendly and cooperative. I'm thankful for the early check in. Breakfast is just okay.

Where can I start? There is nothing to like about the property. The moment I went for check-in. The girl was checking me in. It looks like she was giving me a big favour. The way she was talking. It took over 20 minutes for me for her to check me in. Next the bathroom. The breath of the bathroom was 16 to 17 inches. How can you expect a man to stand in the bath and have a bath in that in this bathroom . This was the most terrible hotel. The last thing is that you charged me 424 riyals per room while this room was available for 250 riyals when I asked them at the booking counter. I have attached the picture of the same. I am very surprised that I was scammed like this by Booking.com. There were no hangers in the closet to hang the clothes. When I called the reception. She sent a boy and the boy said that they do not have any hangers anymore to give it to me, next, I needed an extra pillow because I sleep with two pillows and unfortunately, they did not have that as well to give it to me all in all this was the most horrible horrible stay in my life, and I will now think twice before I book anything with Booking.com.
