“Great place. 5 star comfort for a 3 star price.”
The Bell and Housekeeping services were excellent. Shishir on the 6th floor, Shabbir, Jewel and one other person at the Lobby provided excellent service.

“I booked through Booking.com and will be requesting a refund, as the hotel did not provide a comfortable stay or resolve”
The air conditioning unit in our room was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. We reported the issue multiple times and requested either a repair or a room change. We were told no rooms were available and that the issue would be handled, but there was no proper follow-up. A maintenance staff member briefly checked the unit and said he would report back, but nothing was resolved and we received no update. This lack of communication and failure to fix a basic issue was very disappointing
