I did the booking and when reach to hotel they informed me they dont have any room available. Please make your availability before giving booking to travellers.

I stayed here for 10+ days during Ramadan and post-Eid. My stay was comfortable and relaxing. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were good and quick to respond to any kind of request. I found everything very good during my stay. There is an Indian and Pakistani restaurant right on the entrance of the hotel building. A grocery story right in the hotel building and transportation is easy as the hotel located near road. The location is fine if you are young and can bear a 20-25 minute walk to Masjid Al-Nabawi. Nearly 2.4Km. Any transportation will only take 5 minutes to reach the haram. I would love to be there and stay in my future travels as well.

It's very near to prophet mosque. Clean and comfortable. Pakistani restaurant is under the roof.

When I arrived, the room had already been allotted to someone else. The room offered to me was different than I booked. The Receptionist was very rude , impolite and uncooperative to accommodate us.

Far from Haram but there is transport

I went for madina trip from 26th March to 30th March.. we have got suite room as we were 4 adults and 2 children. Ac was not working in the room. We have given multiple complaints but they did not care. Room cleaning was not done on everyday. When we asked for room clean they always said it will be taken care. When we come back to room it was kept same as we left. When we raised complaint they said night shift staff supposed to do it but they didn't do it. It was not our problem who was supposed to clean the room. There was guy name Mr Islam from house keeping When I asked why are you not cleaning my room. He shouted at me I will not do unless someone from management team will ask me to do it.. there wa so much of lack of coordination between them. If they can't understand English atleast they should try to listen customer but kept in replying in Arabic doesn't solve the purpose.. cleaning department are bangaleshi people they can understand hindi English but they don't want to convey messages to Arabic manager.. overall the stay was very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hostel anyone. In Google it says 3 star hotel but in reality it's 1 star hotel. We paid almost 2000 SAR for 4 days suite room. It was very unpleasant experience l. I booked the room because thought it was 3 star hotel but house cleaning people said it's not 3 star hotel.
