I extend my stay to give days, in peak season Thier accommodation was very good for value. It was clean and serviced whenever we asked. There was shuttle service twice before and after every prayer and even if you miss it taxi was for 10 riyal only. The best thing is very nice Pakistani/Indian restaurants are nearby on walking distance. It was super clean and there is not much rush.

We came from Switzerland trusting the reviews and pictures on Booking and it honestly exceeded our expectations. They should have a 4 star on it. everything was very good. the view of the room was on Uhud mountain and it was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast also was oriental, so if you normally have croissants on breakfast, this is not the case. The Staff is very friendly and welcoming. There is also a big cheap supermarket nearby for gifts. Really recommend it!

The staff were very accommodating - I had a train to Makkah at 9pm - they stored my luggage and allowed me to change into ihram at 7pm. Property is a bit of a walk away from the Masjid but the shuttle service is available twice for each prayer times (to and from) was only late by a few minutes returning to the hotel a couple of times in my 5 days there. From shuttle point to the haram it’s around a 6 minute walk if ur a fast walker, to gate 21/22. Overall very good value for money

“Comfortable stay”

The location was excellent. It’s between the holy mosque and uhud mountain , there is also a lot of supermarkets walking distance where it’s much cheaper to buy your stuff. inside the hotel, there is a lot of places where you can sit and relax or do a bit of remote work. It’s very quiet and clean.. I liked the hotel because they have a shuttle bus every prayer time takes you to the mosque and bring you back.

The view from my window of Mount Uhud. The spacious room The friendly and efficient staff. Smiling face greeting me when I checked on the 13th Jan after 17:00. The young lad that helped clean up on the morning of the 18th Jan. The walk from the hotel to the Haram. Masjid u Nabawi. Although far, you will need the free shuttle or taxi, it was lovely taking in the sights and sought with my 84 year old mum. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was well behaved and welcoming. I was self driving, parking was always available. It’s a straight walk to haram even though bit long , approx 2.5 km but nice walk of someone enjoys walking.
