“Excellent stay and location”
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my visit to Madinah for Umrah (2–3 May 2026). We booked a triple room with breakfast as a family of three, and overall the experience was very comfortable. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and peaceful, and the surrounding area is also calm, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is excellent—very close to Al-Masjid Al-Nabawi, and it’s easily accessible on foot without needing a taxi. There are also golf carts nearby (paid service) for those who prefer easier access, especially toward the ladies’ gate. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the facilities are suitable even for guests with special needs. The restaurant was also quiet and well-organized, and the breakfast offered was good. At the time of our stay, the hotel was not crowded, which added to the comfort. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The reception team and support staff were cooperative and always smiling. The hotel location was easy for our taxi driver to find, and it is also close to Masjid Al-Ghamama and near Bab Al-Salam area. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended.
