Very close to the Haram. Staff are welcoming and helpful including reception, porters and cleaners. Hotel and rooms Very clean. Wd definitely rebook the same hotel.

“Hidden gem”
Was surprised with the experience provided. Did not expect such good service and quality for the price. Hotel matched other major chains Hotels. Location was fantastic- near the ladies section and close to amenities. Had a 2 bedroom+2 bathroom suite which was sufficient for the family. Breakfast was great and had everything you need. More than anything, the restaraunt staff were very polite and eager to help. Will definitely stay again.

Everything. Very close to women's prayers We arrived at 11.30 am. The Staff allowed us to check in early at 12.00 after the room was ready. Have 8 lifts. No issues with lift.
