Very cozy hotel. You come there and teach in the second house with your family. All very responsive, kind and cheerful. The hotel staff always helps, smiles. Tasty Food and very clean rooms.

good location, behind al rashid mall and near city center. clean and comfy room, available parking for our car at the basement. the staff are friendly and accommodating. my wife forgot her air pods after check out, Mr. Shawqi were very helpful to give us access on the room and retrieve the air pods. definitely will recommend to family and friends.

First of all, the hotel location is decent, in the middle of Alkhobar, where all needed facilities are nearby, including (Mosque, Supermarkets, Laundery, etc.) Second, the staff (especially in the fron desk) are well trained and professional in their warm welcome and taking care of residents' requirements. Third, the room for 1 person is big and clean with new furniture.

“Comfortable and spacious but slightly noisy apartment.”
The apartment was spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the apartment is nice and the whole facility is clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Saudi guy in the reception wasn't cooperative when I complained about the noisy air conditioner and said all rooms are the same. Later, I replaced my room by another receptionist.

“Decent hotel at a reasonable price”
