The garden oasis where the guesthouse is located is truly unique and worth seeing itself. Design, comfort, and spaciousness of the room was beyond expectations. Nizwa center is in reasonable walking distance. Overall a very good choice.

A little oasis in Oman. Beautiful gardens with lots of lush plants and birds. Outside pool was lovely. Big room. Great location to walk into the out town

Polished, huge and intimate! Parking outside the main gate was sorted. The deers, peacocks and a few birds with a concept of petting zoo was amazing. The pool waa spotless and super clean!

Location is great with 10 minutes walking distance from Nizwa. It has a beautiful garden with 2 swimming pools and enough privacy, however the swimming pool was very cold. The rooms are modern and nicely furnished

Huge lovely rooms which feel new. So great having two pools to choose from and being slightly out of the hustle of Nizwa but super close. Staff do a good job of keeping the grounds spotless
