We did not receive the room which I ordered and paid for. Window of the room was wall of technical room😉 (its not realy what you want see on vacation), although in booking advertisement were normal windows. After the compleint manager offered free cancelation, what could be good, but not at 10 pm. No further willingness to solve anything, arrogant attitude. Normal stuff were nice and helpfull. Fraudulent behavior to acquire hotel guests.

Great location, very nice staff that helped with our broken dryer within a few minutes and was very friendly and helpful. Location is near everything you want to have near in Nizwa. Just park at the main parking and you are set to go.

Excellent location within nizwa old town. Very easy to get around and down a quiet street so not too noisy. The staff were very helpful throughout our whole stay and had messaged prior to us arriving about parking. Ali was very helpful during our stay.

It looks as quite new accommodation or renovated hotel in the heart of Nizwa. 3 minutes walk from the door to Nizwa fort. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and it is situated next to the Nizwa Souq. The room and bed are comfortable and even beeing situated in the heart of the city, the room is very quite. No breakfast in the hotel, but there are many places to eat around in the morning. Parking is possible in the huge public parking out of the city walls - 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The staff was very courteous and understanding. I visited with family and had total of 3 rooms booked. The location of the hotel is amazing, just get down from the room and you are right in the middle of the Souq, great for early morning shopping avoiding the crowds. Mr. Ali, the manager, was very helpful in arranging food, he guided us very well. The coffee pot at the reception was always hot and full and fresh dates and halva were always offered whenever we entered the hotel! The hospitality of the staff was one thing that stood out!!

GREATTT LOCATION, it was a little hard to find but the locals help. It’s literally by the main attractions, you can’t go wrong. It’s a clean property and I loved that I could open the windows.

All. Hotel is located in Old Town, near souk, Fort in Nizwa, fine restaurants. Room was clean, big and comfortable.😊 Especially I would like thanks for Mr Ali Bin Naseer for his good help, smile.😊 Omani coffe, karak and dates were always in lobby . 🙂
