We had good time with Ayoub. The room is very close to the fort (5 minuts by walk). Ayoub was very welcoming. He showed us around. I strongly recommand !

Very friendly host, good advice on visiting the market and he went and bought beer for me! A nice touch, thank you. Great location, less than 5 minutes walk to Nizwa Souq. Comfortable bed, big room. Sofa and smart TV was an unexpected bonus and made me feel at home after weeks of being on the road. The fastest WiFi I had anywhere in Oman.

“Superbly”
Spacious room and bathroom with everything a traveller wishes for. Located in a very quiet area only a few hundred meters away from the fort. But the real highlight of this offer is Ayoub, the owner. He is very friendly, helpful and generous. His hospitality (like everywhere in Oman) is amazing! Thank you, Ayoub
