“Avoid this place.”
I didn't stay as I booked because it had a balcony. When I arrived this was untrue so I cancelled my reservation.

“I enjoyed my stay. No issues regarding cleaning.”
I reached before the check in time and the person at the counter was kind enough to accomodate my request. He upgraded my booking to king size bed. This was an amazing experience. Cleaning was very good. Though I was not in the hotel for full time due to my worl schedule, I did not encounter any issues related to cleaning or any other matter.

The location was nice and the food was awesome. We had full board so breakfast lunch and dinner were being prepared for us is a special way and with a delightful dinning experience in thier restaurant.

Breakfast was terrible. I don't understand how a 4-star hotel can't offer decent breakfast! Continental! No pastries, no crepes, no salads, no yogurt, no fresh juice. Just ordinary Asian dishes, very bad taste.

The location was satisfactory, and the staff was cooperative. However, while rated four stars, the hotel's amenities and service more accurately reflect a three-star rating. The four-star price point is not justified.
