“Payment and internet”
They didn't accept the cost in IQD that requested in the booking application. They accepted USD only, or you have to pay with the amount of exchange 1450 IQD per 1 USD, which is illegal in Iraq !, in addition to that, the internet connection was so bad.

“Not what I expected”
The first room I stayed at, the toilet seat was very dirty. I called the room service and I asked them to change my room and they did. Staff are unfriendly apart from the security staff at the entrance. The design and colours of the furnitures ant the lobby and the room is terrible.
