The staff were amazing. Mehdi the manager is very helpful, also Alaa, Noor and everyone at reception and in the restaurant are wonderful. I will stay here again.

“Book here without hesitation. Rooms are better than many European hotels!”
The location is based on a posh area of Basra. The building is very modern and clean. The room was incredible like a one bedroom flat with a separate bedroom to the lounge with 2 bathrooms. The finish was of a very high standards. Whoever designed it had paid attention to details. The staff were very polite. The breakfast was plenty with excellent variety of choices including made to order coffee. I am very pleased that I booked here instead of the Sheraton.
