Very nice and welcoming staff and generous. Rooms tidy and spacious. Beds comfortable. Very nice pool. Excellent breakfast. Also close (walking distance) to the Barouk forest where we can do beautiful hikes.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The views from the room were gorgeous, and the property is located quite close to the cedar forest. Communication with the hotel was easy and quick throughout our time, and they helped connect us to a fantastic driver who took us to and from Beirut.

For the second time, we are determined to spend our vacation only in this most wonderful place.

From the moment you park your car you start feeling home due to the wonderful welcome from the lovely man that helps you with your bags to the nice lady at the reception. The room was very clean and spacious and it has a very nice view from the balcony. The food was amazing and the most important part is the quick service they have and the 2 gentlemen that works in the restaurant are amazing and so friendly and they try their best to help you. It was really unforgettable 3 nights and for sure I will repeat it.

The hotel is placed above town in a very quite location and we truly loved the quietness. The pool area and restaurant is clean and nice and the staff is very welcoming and do everything they can to make you feel good.

Beautiful location with sunset views. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. We had a great time at Nassamat and were recommended an excellent driver, Jalal. He took us around Lebanon for three days and was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend Nassamat as well as Jalal for his taxi services. Thank you!

The best part of this hotel is the hospitality we were welcomed with. Once we arrived, we were given a room next to the reception area. We conveyed our concerned that the room might be a little bit noisy due to its location but yet we happily settled in the room. Half an hour later, we received a phone call from the manager who expressed her will to upgrade us to a suite upstairs. We gladly accepted and this really meant a lot. To top it up, the lady refused to let us pay for the 2 beers we took from the minibar and said it was on the house. The breakfast is another thing to talk about. It is exceptional! (See pic) In short, the place is great for a relaxing stay and it is very close to the Barouk cedar reserve, which you can have a very beautiful hike in.

Wonderful location for this property, super comfortable bed and lovely friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing and Chef Aymen cooks the most tasty food. Will definitely visit again. If you are looking for a calm, comfortable place with amazing views, excellent location and fresh food, then this is the place for you.

Amazing hotel, we definitely recommend it! The breakfast and restaurant are amazing- the food is delicious and it is so beautiful to sit in the terrace. The staff are very friendly and nice. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. This was our favorite hotel in Lebanon. We asked the hotel for a driver. Mr. Jalal was exceptional, we definitely recommend his services. Great driver and a very friendly man. We felt safe at all times and the car was very comfortable with AC.

My stay at this property was just perfect! The staff is super friendly, the service is super! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable (e.g. kitchen closes at 9:30. We were hungry at 11:30. They ordered pizzas for us and got them delivered to the restaurant). I stayed there for my pre-wedding preps. They freed the lobby for us to enjoy quietly our first-look photoshoot. They even gave me some sun-tanning oil and body scrum made of local produce as a gift. I loved every single bit of my stay there. I highly recommend this authentic, unpretentious and lovely place.

The location, the hotel is 5min away from Barouk Cedars And 15 min from Beit Din. The staff were very kind and gave us an early check in and upgraded one of the rooms. The breakfast was good, a traditional Lebanese breakfast. The restaurant serves very delicious food and the service was good.

“Outstanding”

Nassamat is a really beautiful hotel, with a lovely pool and gorgeous rooms. The restaurant was wonderful - the breakfasts were outstanding. But the staff were what made the stay absolutely exceptional - incredible service, always helpful and couldn't do enough to make the stay as amazing as possible. Extra appreciation goes to the taxi driver the hotel recommended who helped so much. I can't recommend this place enough.
