“Stunning view and lication for visiting roses gardens and terraces”
The view was stunning! The interior desing was decorated with traditional items, and had everything that we needed. Staff was very helpful and arrange some wood for bonfire upon our request. It is also right next to the traditional rose factory and shop with all things roses as well as delicious olive oil. There are quite a number of cafes, and even some decent restaurants, shops, and rose gardens in a walking distance (at least during the rose season). We wish we could have stayed longer (we stayed for only 1 nignt during weekend in the middle of April)

“Nice house, clean and central”
We enjoyed the stay here. The host is uncomplicated with clear instructions on how to find the house and the keys. Restaurant tip was good and the hiking path is nearby. Currently they are building a house next door which gives some noise. But the workers are very friendly.

“Great guesthouse with wonderful setting.”
Incredible setting overlooking the wadi and terraces. The guesthouse is very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with the sunrise. You do have to walk from the carpark down to the guesthouse. The terrace walk starts right at the village. Self check in. Restaurants and cafe a short walk away.

Stunning old stone property done up in traditional style, rustic but with everything you could need or wish for. Super clean. Amazing view from the balcony. It is located right next to the Anantara but to be honest I would choose this property over any 5 stat hotel anytime. We miss it already, a true home away from home

“Cosy, incredible view, you’ll wish you could live here.”
It’s better than the pictures. The view is that incredible and there’s entrance to the balcony from both the bedroom & living room. You’re also on the doorstep of one villages walking trial. He has big fluffy blankets, comfortable chairs, and a library of interesting books on Omani forts, geology, and wadis. You could spend a winter here easily. The kitchen is set up in a logical way and is easy to work in. Ahmed himself is very kind and sent his brother to rescue me when I had car trouble on the mountain. A next door neighbor gave me a tour of his rose water distillery. Good vibes in the whole town. Basically, you couldn’t ask for better.
