Whatsapp communications before check-in. It is located near Jabal Shams. The host accepted our cancellation without a cancellation fee after some discussion.

“very low ratio " value for money"”
More as 35 km from Al Hamra of which 5 km off road - not mentioned in the description ( out of insurance with standard rental car).No facilities acc. to description- swimming pool,cafemaker,tv).Big mess in the kitchen,toilet smells bad,no liners in the room,only blankets.Reading backwards the reviews and description it seems we were in different accomodation.

Host it, s very helpful and the facilites is very good for all very good place for family vacation and provacy is guaranted. Abdullah owner the guest house speeking english very well and all B. B. W material avilable. Food was very nice i reommanded to vist this jabal shams moon guest house.
