The apartment was definitely bigger than expected and very well equipped. Incredible value for money, would suit a couple or small family. I recommend this place.

Very big apartment but given the very limited functionality of the kitchen, I would choose just a room instead of an apartment and eat outside in some of the restaurants on the street. FYI: you need cca 1h 20 min drive by car from the apartment to the Jabal balcony walk.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Good sound insulation despite the fact that the hotel is located on one of the central streets. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. There are fly screens on the windows. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. We had breakfast and dinner in the room. You can order food from nearby restaurants.

Very clean, big rooms, modern bilding near the old houses and museum (by feet 15min), a lot places to eat and some supermarket on the same street. There the palm trees and aflaj near so it's a good place just to walk around.

Easy to park, nice basic apartment, great location for exploring nearby trekking routes.

Hotel location close to Al Misfah, staff are very cooperative and the apartment facilities are new and clean. Also, the market in the same line.

“Our go-to place”

This is the 2nd time we are staying here. For us, this is the best base for exploring the surrounding sites ( Jebel Shams, Misfa， Hoota Caves, Tanuf...) The apartment is a good size well furnished with a full kitchen. There is free refill of drinking water in the lobby together with free arabi coffee and dates all the time. The little Indian place down the road is a gem. It is always going to be our go-to place whenever we are on this side of Oman. The local Omani guy in the reception is very nice and helpful!
