5 Stars grade flat, with access to pool and a bit of play ground, nice neighbours - their kids came to play with our kids in the pool , also very sweet cats! place is well equipped including the kitchen

The apartment is large and spacious, there were enough towels, the kitchen is equipped with cookware for preparing meals, and outside there is access to a grill and a swimming pool. The host was very welcoming, always available, and checked in to see if we were enjoying our stay in the apartment. He also provided all the instructions on how to check into the apartment in advance, before our arrival in the morning. The next day, he wished us a safe journey. We really liked everything.

I expected better, based on other guests’ reviews. First of all, there was a strange smell in the apartment — I think it was some kind of chemical used for cockroaches, although they claimed it was incense. Next, the kitchen utensils for cooking were in terrible condition — all the pans were very old, the pots were worn out, and there were only two very small cups. The table was broken. The air conditioner was louder than an airplane — it was simply impossible to sleep. During the first two days, we had to call maintenance workers to fix the air conditioner (unfortunately, they couldn’t fix it). They bought new dishes, but the frying pan was made of tin and didn’t work with the induction stove, so we had to use the old one. The table was repaired by a worker, and since the chairs were wobbly, the hosts bought new ones. The question is — why is all this done only after guests arrive, and not before? We had no other choice, as there were no other rental options available. Cockroaches — they were all over the kitchen cabinets, the food, the dishes, and even in the shower. Another serious issue: if you call a repairman, don’t be surprised if he enters without your knowledge — we came home by chance and heard someone unlocking our door. If we hadn’t returned, that person would have been walking around our apartment. That’s completely unacceptable. As for the pool — there was so much chlorine in the water that it burned our eyes and faces, so we only swam once.
