We have been staying in Akyaka for the third year and this time we chose Tomsan Villas. We liked everything: from Özgür's warm welcome, the cozy area with a swimming pool, the apartments, and the surrounding area (a pine park) - everything is very private, clean, and peaceful. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they are available 24/7 to solve any problems and provide assistance. The photos accurately reflect the experience. I highly recommend this property. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away.

Ozzie was there to greet us on arrival and answer any questions. The apartment and pool area were spotlessly clean and nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the staff. The pool area was very quiet with plenty of shaded areas and sun loungers available. Great place to stay. Highly recommend 😃

We loved our two storey villa and found the spiral staircase to the bedroom and balcony easy to manage. The washing line and plastic container were great for all our handwashing. The bathroom and downstairs area were a good size and the hot plate, fridge and kettle very useful. We had a patio downstairs near to the pool. The garden setting of fig trees and flowers very beautiful. The location was great only 5 mins to riverside restaurants and a small supermarket and about 10mins to the beach. Friendly helpful owner fluent in English. Free parking.

Lovely location and welcome from Ozi with laid back and beautifully kept complex, with a great central pool just outside our front door. Very clean and comfortable villa with modern facilities and good for self catering. Akyaka too was a great surprise in terms of atmosphere and vibe. We ate on the beach each night and costs were cheap. Cost was perhaps pricey but worth it..!

The apartment was very clean and the location is perfect; less than a ten minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. The pool at Tomsan Villas is lovely! Ozzy and all his staff were so friendly and helpful.

Very nice location in the center of the village, close to the river and just 10 minutes to the beach. Migros shop 5 minuts walking through the park. Houses and territory is clean, with nice traditional design. Will come again with pleasure.

Stunning small complex, spotlessly clean, quiet and relaxing. Ozgur was a fantastic host and made us all feel very welcome. Akyaka is a nice little resort, and the property was well-placed so that you are close to amenities but far enough away that it is peaceful.
