They answer the phone quickly, provided a room a couple of hours earlier, as it was free. There is parking. Comfortable pillows and warm blankets. Ideal location for tourists.

I loved everything with this housing. I came for a combined work, kitesurf and self-treating trip. I needed a clean, quiet and functional place close to the beach to walk to the kitesurfing. The apartment I stay in score 10/10 in every single way, it's clean, quiet, comfortable bed, light, private (a banana tree covers any insight) and good atmosphere inside. The lamp in the bedroom is amazing, like a meditation session to look at the light moving on the walls. There was a table to have the laptop and monitor on and the Internet was ok (Teams without camera on worked better). Cleaning happened after one week. The landlord is very friendly and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. There is space to park the car, though one has to practice a little bit to be able to reverse in as the road outside is veeeery narrow. The landlord helped me the first evening I came :) I'd absolutely come back to this place. Perhaps there are cheaper options in Akyaka but this was worth every cent!

“quiet relaxing holiday in a cosy atmosphere”
Nice cosy apartments, equipped with everything you need. There is a parking. The apartments is in the centre, close to the beach, restaurants, shops, but the apartments are located on a quiet street. We would like to emphasise the hospitality of the host. Constantly in touch with any questions. Regular cleaning with a change of linen. I recommend for accommodation in Akyaka.

Great location, 5minute walk from centre. The host was very helpful and communication via WhatsApp was easy. Free parking space in the property. The apartment was clean, spacious and modern. There is a big terrace with nice view. There is a nespresso machine.

Good location, just five minutes or so to the beach. Nice walk by the sea. FYI the main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are downstairs, the spare bedroom with two single beds was up the stairs.

“Fantastic”
I cannot say anything else other than “it’s 10/10!”. The suites have a great location, which is quiet but close to everything. The staff is welcoming, friendly, supportive. BIG thanks and great appreciation to Yunus who greeted us, guided and supported during the whole stay. Apartments are spacious, very well decorated in a modern style and with great professionalism and taste, the kitchen utensils and appliances are top class. We would definitely be back again and again!
