The property was so easy to get to and super cosy! All the features like washing machine, dryer, tv, games and an awesome view were big bonuses for our 3 night stay! Communication was super fast and easy. We saw the northern lights and it was only required a 10 mins drive to the dark!

Great apartment to stay while visiting Northern Iceland. Clean, new, very well equipped, lot of space, feels like being home. We were always looking forward to get back to the place after spending a day in the nature. Friendly, proactive, responsive host, special thanks for that! I suggest to select the apartment if you plan to drive around the Diamond circle - it might not placed directly, but it is just 20 minutes away, crossing a mountain.

Spacious, clean and all facilities you need. Also some lovely homely touches, like the beautiful crochet throw on the bed, handmade by the owner. Also, thanks so much for the folder with instructions about the appliances & information about the area. The apartment is about a 10-15min walk from the main part of town. It is a flat, easy walk.

The most beautiful apartment we had during our roadtrip around Iceland. You can tell the owner really cares about this place! After many nights in guesthouses, it was great to be in a modern and comfortable apartment. The view of the fjord is amazing and the whole building is very modern. The flat comes with all the amenities you could need, the washer and dryer were extremely appreciated! Also the TV was amazing!

A beautifully appointed apartment in a stunning location in northern Iceland. Quiet, warm, clean, cosy with all modern conveniences. Only a short drive to a skiing resort. Close to the town centre and the Forest Lagoon Spa. The airport is not far away either. The owner is very polite and responded to our queries in a timely manner. We had a wonderful stay and we are planning to come again!

“Gorgeous, clean and modern apartment with a great view!”

We had an amazing stay here at the dream view apartment. The area felt very safe and we had a bunch of places to go to. Lots of basics (salt, pepper, soap etc) were already provided so we didnt need to go out and buy those things. The washing machine and dryer was also a big plus point for us. We were provided with lots of storage room to keep our belongings in which was great. Overall the apartment felt really homey and there was even a floor heating system to keep us warm :-) We made great memories here thank you!

Wonderful property. It’s even better than the photos. The beds, bedding, kitchen equipment, laundry facilities and warmth of the apartment were the best of our holiday and we wished we’d stayed here the whole time. Fabulous communication with our host. The location is perfect, even saw 3 northern bottle nosed whales from the apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone thinking about staying here.

“Best accommodation I have been in so far”

This apartment was perfect in any and all the ways. 1. Location - views of the fjord. I would sit on the terrace with a coffee and just enjoy the view. We were there to explore the area and the fact that it was towards the exit made it easier for us. But still, about 10 minutes walk to the city center. 2. The building - new, a small complex with new apartments. Beautiful, well thought. Parking space available. Quiet and relaxing, despite the ring road is just across the yard. 3. The apartment - I could live there. Everything was new. Living room and kitchen: new modern furniture, not a scratch. Clean oven and hub, big fridge, all needed appliances as well as all sorts of things (bags, coffee, aluminum foil, various things to help). Heated floors, nintendo, TV with Netflix, music system. Big bathroom with nice shower, washer and dryer (new). One bedroom is for kids and has bunk beds, the other one has a huge bed. Lot of storage space at the entry and in the rooms. Good, quality furniture, IKEA style (or from IKEA). It has been 2.5 months since I visited. Akureyri is a good center to visit the north of Iceland and this apartment is perfect. From here we went whale watching in Husavik, Godafoss, Myvatn, Dettifoss, Selfoss. 20 minutes from the apartment there is a nice Christmas shop .. definitely worth a visit.

New and modern apartment, stylish and very big. We were three and we had lots of space and privacy. It is warm and very well insulated, even if there is a road in front of it, we didn't hear any noise and had a great night sleep. The view on the fjord is magnificent
