Ingibjörg gave us excellent tips of where to eat and what to visit during our stay. We liked the comfortable bed and the nice bathrobes. The fully equipped kitchen is a big plus.

Such a lovely place close to the city center and supermarkets. The owner was friendly and the house was extremely pretty and well furnished. We loved it!

Lovely compact studio apartment with fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher) and very comfortable bed. 10 minute walk to town centre and 5 minutes to choice of large supermarkets. Owner met us on-site and very hospitable. Lovely stay.

This was a convenient place for us. We were only there for a short time overnight as we were just passing through Akureyri. It was very clean and well equipped.

Everything there. Uncomplicated check-in. Nice little appartment. Missed nothing. Close to town center & supermarket.

Everything, very clean and modern, self contained apartment with all you could need. Comfortable beds, lovely bathroom with nice shower, kitchen with everything you need, huge flat screen TV with usual channel choices, Netflix etc. Parking outside or on the drive, was told to turn the car around when parked on the road “with the flow” of traffic otherwise you could get a ticket. Something to bear in mind. Quiet at night and a garden to sit in if you smoke. At the higher end cost wise but you get what you pay for. Was asked to pay cash in IsK so took enough with me to do just that

What an exceptional little apartment this is! It is so comfortable and warm. Ingibjorg was a great host. One of several units I think and she lives above. A well equipped kitchen with all you'd need, no microwave, but it has a very good electric stovetop and an oven, with a lovely big fridge. The bed was super comfy, and the bathroom has a good shower. What more do you need? Oh yes, a massive tv! Unfortunately, it was difficult to work out. Instructions would have helped. In the end, I logged into my own Netflix account on it. Close to the main centre (a 10 minute walk) and grocery store nearby to. Highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely place, renovated/new and clean. Very nice design. Great host. Nice art works on the wall. Apple TV. Nespresso coffee machine. Herbal tee selection. Soft pillows and blankets. Dish washer machine. Highly recommend!
