It was the best stay on our ring road trip. The house is luxurious, spacious with amazing bedrooms to rest after long tiring day. The hall with large TV was also a good surprise.

What a place! It is even better than it looks at the photos! Easy to access, close to the center , beautiful views , quiet neighborhood. Fully renovated, super comfy beds , spacious rooms and exceptional decoration taste!

There is a sewage problem on the top floor so the apartment stank. The carpet was very old and stinky in the whole house. 3 x TV´s in the apartment and none of the remotes worked. This is not a good value for money.

The place is so spacious. Old worldly. Large rooms. Very comfortable. Lovely to have different rooms. Everything you require to prepare meals. Heaps of crockery and utensils. Very pleasant.

“It was great”
Location was idea and the property was exactly as in the description. Whilst I did not reate exellent for cleanliness it was apart from little missed bits very clean. Host were very friendly.

Fabulous apartment with all facilities but minus points for the check-in experience which was a bit frustrating as at first we didn’t get any directions (had to ask them separately) how to check in and it was hard to find the correct door. There were other guests with the same experience so check-in needs to be improved and then it would be perfect!

Great location in one of Akureyri's prestigious houses. Apartment was excellent, honouring the style of its era. Comfortable beds, great to be able to bring your pet, which is too rare in Iceland.
