Fantastic! Spotlessly clean, beautiful views, lovely and warm and cosy (with a snowy blizzard and -16 outside) it felt like a home the moment we stepped in. Hot tub was wonderful on cold nights! Pull out settee and a double bed, plenty of space! Facilities : 10/10 - your own oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Not to mention all the pots and pans and utensils you need. Location : Perfect for exploring! Very close to supermarkets, and close to the town. Views of mountains and the fjord.

“Apartment was all that we hoped for and more.”
Apartment was well maintained and modern In design. Really good location within 5 mins drive to the center of town and less than 10 mins from the airport, Free parking was a bonus. Supermarket a short walk from the Apartment. The outside Temp was in the minus figures with heavy ice but the Apartment was lovely and warm. Definitely stay there again if im every in the area.

“4 day stay”
It was private and quiet, not too far from everything we want ed to do in Akureyri. The host was lovely! Let us come in and drop of our bags before our actual check in time, recommended us the local services and was happy to help us out with everything we needed.

“Great place to stay for fair price”
Great and spacious place to stay near town centre. Very helpful staff, offering free refills (cereals, tea, etc.) and new towels for longer stays. Very easy self-checkin. Had all appliances required for cooking. Free washing machine and tumble dryer in building.

The apartment was big and the kitchen well equiped. There are a washing machine and a dryer but you need to be aware that there are only one of them in the building for everyone. There is a private designated parking space for each apartment. It was close to city centre (5min by car) and we had groceries store and gaz station really close by.

The Akureyri Lux Appt was fully equipped with all required facilities and kitchen, was very spacious and clean. The interiors were new and great. The location was excellent since there are many grocery shops within walking distance.
