very unclear instructions for the check-in process, waste more than half an hour to talking with them. Please provide efficiency response and help to the visitors.

The stay it self was fair or ok. Obvious scuffs and some repairment work needed. Good location but uninviting. We realized on leaving that we left valuable items on a bedstand that were clearly marked with ownership and even a tracable QR code. We tried to contact owners/booking office sending number of emails and calling only to be directed to cleaning crew and false email. There appears to be no willingness to offer customers service after visit, unanswered emails and unhelpful persons over phone. Do not recommend.

It's a very good apartment and with amazing localization. The staff is super kind. I asked for help with the balcony door because I couldn't close it, so the cleaning lady was super kind and closed it and explained how the door lock worked.
