Food is great

“Absolutely perfect stay everything, and everyone was great.”

Lots of food options, food quality everywhere was amazing, with four different restaurants and a daily buffet, plus unlimited 24/7 room service there is nothing to complain about. At every turn staff asking if you need anything, and bars are everywhere on site. Just remember to bring lots of $1 bills to tip the staff, they absolutely appreciate it. Sometimes we didn't have cash on us and our service was not any better or worse, but we made sure to tip next time we saw the person helping us. They have a host (in our case it was Hector - Amazing person all around) that takes care of you during your stay via whats app and you always see them in person walking around, it is a perfect touch to make you feel taking care of. I can't say enough about this hotel how they go above and beyond to make you feel taking care of during your stay. Honestly amazing experience. AAA+++ -Clean -Great Atmosphere -Events (Properly managed) -Amazing Food and variety -No Kids -No Pets -Approx 1 hour ride south of Cancun Int Airport (Contact hotel for transportation way better than BOOKING.COM) -Return Visit at same resort or another resort owned by same company? YES. 100% recommended.

Could not fault our stay, it was absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! From the minute we arrived to the day we left. It was amazing!

“Decent facilities, poor staff attitude, not worth the value we paid.”

We had an emergency where one of our guests was unable to even come to the country, this did not effect our room booking however the hotel didn’t have an remorse in continuing to charge us for that guests “all inclusive” fee even though the room, booking or bed arrangement did t change. It was nothing but free money to them. The floor in our room was also constantly “greasy”. We also noticed that if you didn’t tip as much as the next person, that staff member would then just ignore you.

The hotel was very clean and well-kept. Very nice and polite service. We enjoyed the well-equipped gym and fitness classes. The rooms are very pretty and the jacuzzi on balcony was excellent. The beach was clean and beautiful

“Hotel was great, Food was good. The members take advantage without consideration for the other guest”

We didn't like that the members were reserving pool chairs at the quet pool and not showing up. We saw on at least 6 days of our 10 that many (2 - 3) groups of 4 chairs were reserved (on the same day) would be reserved and no one would show up and use them. Many people would come by who were looking for chairs and couldn't find any. They would end up leaving.

Selection of restaurants was great and the food quality was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Great room service 24hrs a day. Good selection of drinks and the pools were spacious and clean. Beach was lovely.

Outstanding staff in all the areas. High quality food, especially at the Japanese and Mexican restaurants and rich mixology menu.
