“Stay away from Quetzal Apartment, Akumal.”
Everything. We couldn’t enter apartment that we booked and booking.com has charged us in advance. “Replacement” apartment was smelly and moldy. It wasn’t aired for months. Water heater didn’t work and was leaking. There were no clean bathing and beach towels. Air conditioning didn’t work. There were no wine glasses. Balcony furniture was broken.
