“Highly recommended if you go in sargazo season as a good base to visit around and enjoy the pool after the trips…”
We choose room 4, ground floor, right in front of the pool. It was sargazo season so we didn’t enjoy the sea, choosing this was a great decision for us, the pool with sea water, almost always empty. Perfect to chill after excursions around the area. Akumal was a good choice as a base because it is in the middle between Tulum and Playa del Carmen. So you can drive up and down to the different activities. We also did a day trip to Chichén itzá from there. The flat is clean, big and comfortable with all the amenities you may need. And if you need anything communication with Carlo was great and they always tried to accommodated. We were afraid that being in the middle of the jungle there would be many mosquitos but we learned that they spray the area in Quintana Roo so there was really very few around. Parking at the door. Complex with security at the main gate. Really don’t think twice and choose this one!!
