Clean, comfortable and quiet! Great facilities inside and out! Quiet beach area and just a few steps to Jungle Fish restaurant. An easy 15min walk along the beach to town. Loved our stay!

“Perfect beach vacation”

The room was spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Free parking was included. There was a possibility to eat in the hotel's restaurant all day long. The pool was excellent, and there was direct access to the beach. However, there were big rocks that made it difficult to enter the sea. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which makes it perfect for relaxing. They also offer laundry service and massage for additional costs.

Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful setting and a fabulous room. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the veranda was huge, like another room. the views were amazing.

Las Villas far exceeded our expectations. We had initially booked a room out the back with no view, but once we had arrived we asked to upgrade to one of the properties with a patio that overlooked the sea. We were able to upgrade for all but one night of our 4 night stay, and it made the world of difference and truly made our stay one we will never forget. Waking up in our beautiful, spacious apartment to the sound of the ocean, and being able to open the door and step out onto the patio whilst my very young kids played football on the green right in front of our property with neighbouring kids or play on the beach (where we could still see them from the patio) was a total treat. It was easily the most relaxing week I have had since having children 4 years ago! I felt completely recharged afterwards and would have happily stayed another week. Other highlights were the children’s pool which was the perfect depth for my 3 and 1 year old to play comfortably, and barbecuing steak beside the beach. We were planning our next stay before we had even left. To note: Make sure you do a big food shop in Tulum on the way in, as the closest supermarket is an hours round trip away and the only other option is a small but well stocked general store in Akumal which set us back £140 for barely a days worth of food - we couldn’t believe it! There’s a great restaurant a minute away and one on site (which we didn’t try for supper but did for lunch and was lovely), though both pricey. Additionally, it is a well worth booking an apartment with a patio. It made the experience truly special, and we wouldn’t have enjoyed it anywhere near as much had we stayed in our original room.

Abosuletely stunning place - very intimate and quiet. If you're looking for something more classy and private than resorts on Riviera Maya, that's your place. We really enjoyed our stay - the bed was super comfy, the apartment very spacious with all facilities you would need. Super clean rooms & property overall, helpful and friendy staff.

Lovely spacious apartment with everything we needed for self catering. We liked the quiet location just outside Akumal, which was walkable along the beach.

The rooms were great with a small kitchen to make basic food. The bed was amazing and our room was serviced everyday which was great being on vacation. The upkeep of this place was great. Nice and quiet with less crowds.

Nice swimmingpool, excellent beds, very clean property.

We stayed at the nice Villa with great seaview and confortarble beds. Clean and well maintained with you would need in an apparment.
