Really nice property, secluded in the middle of the jungle. Nice big room, clean and nice big pool. They are also working on cleaning the cenote, which might be available soon for guests as well. José the keeper, is incredibly friendly and is available 24h to help.

Jose is very kind and helpful. The room is very big and super comfy. The kitchen is neat and convenient, water is provided. I had no car and could manage to get there and explore around with the collectivos without any problem.

“Lovely relaxing stay and great value!”

The place was even better than the image from Booking.com! Everything was working so well (aircon, water pressure) and the bed, sheets and towels were comfortable and new. We loved the hammock on the porch and it was lovely the whole porch had mosquito nets, so you could enjoy the porch without having to care for mosquitos. Everything was also so clean (the room, pool and shared kitchen). Jose was lovely and always taking care of us. He also changed the drinking water immediately when it was starting to finnish. He also made coffee in the morning for everyone and this was a lovely surprise. Thank you Jose and Kerubi, this was definitely the best value for accommodation on our whole trip!

The bungalows and complex are very nice as are the gardens,swimming pool and cenote.Jose was very nice and made sure everything went smooth.

Great big pool. Peaceful and quiet location in the jungle (we even saw a monkey). Well equipped kitchen and fridge available. Individual bungalows in a beautiful garden. Spacious rooms, very clean. Air condition and ceiling fans in the rooms. Jose of the staff was very kind and helpful, available for check-in and our requests 24 hours a day.
