Beautiful location

Hotel was nice, although was more run as a self catering style place than a hotel. Only self check in available, so not easy to get information on what to do. Room was comfortable and well sized, air con worked a treat and had both a fridge and water dispenser, making life a lot easier. The restaurant in the area is very nice, and reasonably priced, although doesn't open for breakfast. For breakfast, you need to go the other way and there are a couple of nice cafes on the road.

The King suite was beautiful. This was an upgrade from the one-bedroom suite I booked originally which we found too small.

Our fourth stay at this property! We love the location on Half Moon Bay and sea views and having La Buena Vida pretty much next door. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful. We relaxed most mornings on the sunbeds in front of the property and then made the 20 minute walk in to town, usually to our favourite restaurant the Turtle Bay cafe. Akumal has changed over the years but is still a relaxing, quiet place.

Loved the location right on the seafront ! Beautiful to hear the waves in the night and seeing the moon rise from the window , and the sunrise! Right next door to Buena Vida which is fab restaurant .

The room is on the beachfront. I had the best sleep in my life. You hear the sea, with the flow of the ocean I felt a sleep. The view was amazing, breath taking.

Due to Seaweed being heavy the property upgraded us! We had a ground floor apartment with a full kitchen with many appliances a lounge, bedroom as well as a balcony area! The beach bar and pool are a short walk away from the apartments and they have amazing food for a very good price. We spent a large chunk of our day enjoying the weather and drinking cocktails as well as swimming. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and are on top of your stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very spatious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very spatious living room and marvelous view from the large balcony on Half Moon Bay. Snorkeling to see the turtles in the see, only 5 minutes walk. Great lagoon only 10 min walk. Very good restaurant 1 minute walk.
