“A total disaster!!”
They asked us to contact a person to arrange the check in hour and that person disappeared the day we arrived (stopped answering our messages and was not at the place to receive us). We were asked to pay through PayPal, because nobody could go and charge us directly from the credit card, and they charged us even more then the published USD price in Booking!!! (They said it had to do with the exchange rate of their bank……) Plus, the price was already too high for the room provided.. too expensive for the offered service. I wouldn’t recommend this host ever. When exposing all our concerns they simply reply “we are in Mexico”. Don’t book with them

“Not as advertised”
We were much more fortunate than our in laws. Their one bedroom suite lacked a dining table, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and they were not offered any solution/compensation at all! As we were a party of 8, we borrowed tables from the pool area for dinner (that no one was using and there were plenty left). We were reprimanded and threatened with a fine.

Horrible property Area smelt Loads of insects around s property entrance No reception or anyone to help when arriving to the property On getting there there was issues with the water. Shown in photos. They wanted me to use that disgusting water to do anything? Then The sinks were blocked. Water quality was unusable and toilet didn’t flush. The property ignored my request to cancel or move till the next and charged me for the night when I couldn’t even use the facilities to shower, wash my hands, cook, use the toilet etc. They lied I’d be issued a full refund if I left before my stay ended. Which I did. And then they ignored all my calls for a refund
