Great location near to the seaside; really friendly staff who were very good about extending my stay at the last minute. Price was reasonable for the room and clothes washing. Wifi excellent.

“Room not available, transferred to another hotel in Aktau”
The staff told us on the day of arrival that the room was not available and found a room in another hotel in the middle of the city (Tengri Hotel). The hotel was of the same standing but quite far from the seafront and with limited restauration options. We were charged the same amount but without any compensation.

“Good (but noisy) hotel in Aktau”
Well located modern hotel near the seafront, the room and beds were clean and comfortable. There is a good cafe/restaurant attached to the hotel.

“Great staff, great hotel”
Very nice interior, with air conditioning. I arrived in Aktau in the middle of the night, and the staff were kind enough to check me in at 4AM. Most do not understand English, but translation apps always make it work out.

Considering the price , the place is really clean. Less than 10 min walking from the beach . Close to a supermarket. Clean. Good wifi. Friendly people . . Easy check-in and check out. The restaurant next door is good and convenient

“Turan Hotel, Aktau, KZ - June 2025”
Very helpful and friendly staff with a great cafe/bar next door to the hotel and part of the same establishment. The room was comfortable with everything that you would need. Good hot showers and WiFi, comfortable bed and a smart TV. I would stay here again if I visited Aktau.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped. The location is very good, near to the beach and next to a very good restaurant open for breakfast to dinner with very good prices. Very good laundry service. The owner is a very nice and helpful person. She did everything possible to make our stay perfect. This is the place to stay if you come visit Aktau !
