The location is nice near the sea and nice restaurants. There is a small private parking and the breakfast was really good. Staff was friendly, Wifi worked.

“A good hotel in a good location”

This hotel was chosen for its location in Aktau. It is a pleasant straightforward establishment. My room was clean and had a ‘glimpse’ of the sea out the room’s window. The staff don’t speak English but are still very helpful. It is one of those hotels with signs everywhere about you can and cannot do. Breakfast was disappointing.

“A nice stay”

Comfortable rooms with a nice bathroom. The terrace was a nice sun trap with great food. The location is also ideal.

Restaurant excellent!

A truly authentic stay. The people here are locals who don’t speak much English, but somehow, through gestures and warm smiles, they make you feel completely understood and cared for. They are always available and genuinely happy to welcome you. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at home.

Great location and great value. Great for a couple of nights in Aktau.

“Old as Soviet style”

Hotel is old, the water in tap does not have cold water during hot summers and it seems no one cares about it. Very filthy room, poor maintenance.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Three Dolphins Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home—but the real highlight was the tour with Alex. Food great and staff very friendly and helpful

Noone speaks english very very hard to communicate with anystaff. Had so many misunderstanding between.

I stayed here for 2 nights very comfortably, with all the facilities listed. The staff were friendly. The laundry service was quite expensive, but I think it's intended for a few items and not the load of clothes that I had. The breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to travellers and holidayers.
