“10/10 stay!”

The staff is absolutely amazing. They didn’t know much English, but were ready with a translator app that worked great. Also, the rooms are clean and good, and the area is perfect. Would definitely recommend. Great breakfast too! And laundry service.

One Russian lady at reception was quite rude to me because I was waiting for a long time to go to the airport since my flight at was 1am. However all the other staff were lovely and very kind and helpful.

Large room, good wifi, hot water available anytime, friendly personnel. Quiet residential neighborhood, plenty of mini markets and a couple of eateries in the area.The nearby bus stop (named Polisia) is just 200 meters away. Regular busses -No 2, 5 and 107- to the city center). Big parking slot just in front if the hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night. The property is good overall and even the rooms are clean and good value for money. We checked in early and they were kind enough to offer us breakfast too.

The staff was extremely helpful and charming. Some entirely with Translator, some with surprising profound English knowledge. The room was spacious, facilities (we used the gym, not the pool) were sufficient and the breakfast was very good. Luggage can be left at the hotel without any problem. If one considers the price, we absolutely recommend this hotel. During our stay, a pressumably poor person asked for a warm meal. Later we saw him eating soup in the dining hall. We absolutely love it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay. If you're staying in the city of Aktau (not the Riviera), this is the hotel you should book.

Really helpful english speaking staff, they organised a airport shuttle for me at 05:00am! Rooms were big, clean and quiet.

+ the location is good (everything you need is nearby) + walking distance to the city beach + the receptionists were friendly and helpful + the WiFi works great + the room is big enough and clean + there is hot shower with good water pressure + there are enough plugs to charge your stuff + the included breakfast is good (buffet style) + there are parking spots + the bed was comfy

Everything, breakfast is great, you can use the gym and swimming pool for free in the morning and there're water dispensers in every floor. Staff are amazingly nice

Very helpful and supportive staff at the reception. Good variety of breakfast and lunch in the affiliated restaurant. All the facilities were in good condition and very clean throughout the entire stay. Only few walking minutes away from bus station, city centre and the Caspian coastline.
