I am really disappointed with the price you offered. The price is very unfair. Even international hotels offer rooms for a lower price than yours. How did you decide to charge 23 dollars (3,500 birr) for this room? The room is not clean, and it is not quiet. There is a lot of noise, and it is very difficult to sleep. Under these conditions, I do not think this price is reasonable or fair. Please think more carefully about this. Customer reviews are very important for your business. If guests write unsatisfactory reviews, it can negatively affect your income.

“Exceptional family-feel hotel with fantastic hosts”

The whole hotel team is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making you feel like family and all go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Got invited twice for breakfast and dinner by the owner, Ephrem took me on a for-free tour and dinner and is a great, very knowledgeable tour guide that always offered to help and the rest of the staff was also extremely friendly in responding to any request- I travel a lot, but the service level and effort was truly outstading! The hotel is also well located, with beautiful views from the upper floors/balconies. I was also very happy with the room, nice bed, good, warm shower and good internet. Very good value for money and truly exceptional due to the family-feeling atmosphere! Will definitely stay here again next time and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Axum :)

Great location, close to historical points of interest. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the owner is warm and welcoming. Wi-Fi works well both at the reception and in the room, which is very cozy. Although there’s no option to have meals, the bar at the reception offers a friendly atmosphere, perfect for spending some time after dinner.

The place is spotlessly clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a quiet side road and is only a 5 minute walk from good restaurants. There is a great coffee shop opposite the hotel. I was made so welcome by Ephrem and his family ❤️

Everything was perfect in this hotel. Room is big with comfy mattress. Wifi works decently. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Free airport pick up or to go to the airport. Possibility to do tours with the hotel

Lovely little guesthouse, spotlessly clean and easy walking distance to several of the key Axum sites. Ephrem, the owner/manager, was very welcoming, and made contact with me as soon as I made my reservation to confirm everything . He also organised a really excellent tour guide (Mekonen) for me through his tour company ([email protected]).
