“Place with potential and very nice staff, but the facility needs some improvements”
I've been there quite a few times. The hotel is well located and the restaurant offers a decent variety of food. the terrace outside is a good option during summer months. Wi-fi seems improved from my last visit

There was too long power cut at evening during my stay at hotel and they do not had power generator/ power back-up facility.

you should wait at least 5..10 minutes before hot water come after open the tap or shower; shower cabin was partly broken

“Good Good”
Good. Only issue had to use stair and cart my luggage.. else everything else perfect.
