The room which i booked they change to higher deluxe room and charge more, they said that room which was booked was damage. If it was damage why booked before.

Staff is non professional - the person on repetition gives wrong information about breakfast time. Soundproofing is a disaster, you can hear what happing in room which is behind two walls. Shower drain problem.
