“Scary, dirty and would never stay again requested a refund right away”
The room was not as pictured, walking down to our room. They were open windows where I could see mattresses that were saying was something brown and looked horribly dirty. Going into the room there was a horrible smell. Something a dead animal and a wet dog, I felt dirty, even sitting in the room, it was in a very bad neighborhood and we noticed we didn’t even need to use the key to unlock the door because it was already unlocked and would not loc

“No stay”
I booked a room for single night stay. It canceled my room unknowingly. The time i checked in at the frontdesk, the woman at the frontdesk said my name wasn't on the system. She was laughing when she talking to me. I showed her my conformation email and she said," It was canceled due to double-checking for the room. I was walked away. My question is would Redroof refund my money for the cancelations?
