“Nice hotel with a friendly and courteous staff!”
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our rooms and the cleanliness, the staff was very nice and helpful when we had questions, the location is great not far from everywhere we wanted to go in Akron or the surrounding area. We would most definitely choose this hotel again.

“Terrible”
My tv didn’t work in my room. They knew it didn’t work and offered to move me, it was 10pm and I didn’t want to get dressed and move after an 8-hour drive. This was inconsiderate and I expected better service from this company. Expect to be compensated for my inconvenience. This issue was not addressed during my check out
