We stayed for four nights in this wonderful accommodation and felt very comfortable there. Aren is a very warm, attentive, and interesting person who took great care of us. The surrounding area is beautiful, and you can go on wonderful hikes directly from the guesthouse. We really enjoyed this peaceful area, the great conversations, and the cuddles with Luna and the cats. We would love to come back! Thank you so much for everything, dear Aren!

I visited 122 countries and stayed in 1053 hotels and guest houses, but nowhere did I feel like such a welcome and respected guest! The quality and amount of attention, care and respect is simply more than necessary !!!! This is the highest level of care and attention! And the tips have nothing to do with it! This guest house is located in a non -residential area, in the wild, on the shore of a mountain river. Singing birds, calm, pure air and harmony make you rethink your entire life and open this world for yourself in a new way! From the center there are only a couple of kilometers, and you are already in the spotlight, care, respect and understanding! This is the upper class! The guest house is very simple and comfortable, but the attitude of the owner and staff to the guests make it high -class resort hotel in nature! Here you will feel very necessary, important, loved and respected! Aren is the owner with whom all your issues have been resolved even before their occurrence! He solves all the problems and helps in everything even when you have not reached him yet! Very interesting acquaintances with many guests from different countries and continents await you here! Book this cute and very hospitable guest house to save money, but get a comfortable accommodation, excellent food, Armenian hospitality and a friendly human attitude towards yourself. Here you will be shrouded in attention and care! The guest house is located in non-residential mountainous forest area! Near the river and wildlife! There is a large pool. There is a jacuzzi on fire. There is a veranda, karaoke, a barbecue area and much more. Great free and paid Internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but you can get a full tasty and diverse diet for little money.They also have a campsite.I recommend. Find your calmness in this beautiful place.

“Best guesthouse in Armenia”

Everything! Aren is the most caring host and we felt home right from the moment we arrived. We were well fed by Silvia and the food was delicious. They have no problem to cater for plant-based travelers too! The guesthouse seemed a bit far away from everything but you can hitchhike your way around. The gravel road to the guesthouse from the main road is doable on foot, it's 2 km and it's not that hilly. Every time a car passed by they stopped to take us to the guesthouse without even asking. Everyone knows each other here in this area and they know that the tourists are staying at Aren's since it's the only guesthouse in the vicinity. Together with three other guests we became one little family for four days. We can't thank Aren enough for creating this wonderful place that we now call our home away from home in Armenia! ❤️

The location in the middle of the countryside. The owner, Aren, makes you feel very comfortable. The swimming pool is a great asset. Breakfast and dinner are a very good option.

“Little paradise in the middle of nature - perfect place for TCT hikers”

What an experience we had at Guesthouse VL! We found our own little paradise in the middle of nature. This September, we were hiking the TCT (Transcaucausian Trail) and we booked our night in Akori. When we arrived, Aren and his wive were waiting for us. They made us tea, coffee accompagnied with cookies and fresh fruits. It was so nice! The dinner and breakfast that we asked for were served with fresh ingredients and with a warm heart. It was the best Armenian food. The rooms were spacious and clean.
