Lovely, helpful staff. An easy walk to the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Great value hotel. Much, much better than one in the same chain in another city.

I only stayed one night, but I would stay again. The location is - good less than 15 minutes walk from JR Akita train station. The staff were very efficient and helpful - they gave me an umbrella as it was raining, without being asked. The room was a good size by business hotel standards. There was a good sized desk / table with chair. The amenities were a good quality.

The hotel staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located close to the station so travelling to and from it is very convenient! It's also near the Citizen's Market (which was a wonderful place to chill and enjoy being a part of the city).

Very nice and clean and comfortable rooms, very nice staff, the location is good and vretty close to the train station and there's restaurants and convenience stores close by. Really liked stayinf here and absolutely would come back. A cute little restaurant at the ground floor with some more traditional foods/dishes from Akita, as well as other dishes. Very good!

“Perfect stay for a night for families close to Senshu Park”

We stayed one night as a family. Everything was okay and the hotel was clean. No smoke smell. No noise. Darkness at night. Kid safe room. Cleanness. Many complimentary items like Akita bath salts. I recommend it to families with small kids. Senshu Park is the best place for kids in Akita, it's in walking distance.

Spacious, friendly staff, at city center and near to the station, clean and superb services, affordable, got coin laundry services within the premise, room for family of five is really spacious!! Hope all Richmond hotel chain has the same standard as this. Will definitely return to this hotel if got another chance to travel to Akita.

Good location, friendly staff, small but nice room (enough for 2 medium luggages inside room). Price is also ok.

The room is spacious enough to comfortably open two large suitcases. The bed is generously sized and very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent, with the room well-maintained and spotless. The service was friendly and attentive, enhancing our overall stay.
