Great location right outside the train station and the bus station which served out purpose since we were in Akita only for a night and had to catch an early morning flight the next day. Lots of good eating places in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was excellent. Good size room, comfortable and clean. Reasonable priced. Overall great value for money. I’d highly recommend it.

“Comfortable Short Stay”
The staff was super courteous and helpful specially the ladies at the front desk and the boys at the restaurant serving breakfast. The room is much more spacious compared to hotels of similar range.

The bed was no comfortable and the pillows were flat and hard. They told us on check in that they were having problems with air-conditioning , it was set on 24 and if we found it to hot to change to airflow, however this did not work so had to open windows to cool room

friendly staff, really close to the train station, reception is at the second floor so is the library cafe. it seems to be a comfort hotel feature that during daytime free drinks are available in the library cafe, for you to rest, drink and read. during morning time, it is the breakfast restaurant.

The hotel was walking distance to the main train station. It was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful stuff. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good value for their money!

Breakfast is superb. They served local Akita dishes such as kiritanpo, and everything is delicious. Location is close to the Akita Station, with a few mall connected to the station & convenience store around.
