“A wonderful stay in beautiful countryside”
A wonderful Japanese hotel - the onsen looks out over the countryside, the meals were superb, using fresh seafood and varied tastes, and the proximity to Sandankyo made for excellent exploring options.

“An onsen up on the hill in a little mountain town”
I enjoyed my stay very much. The evening I stayed I was the only guest in the whole hotel. I was nervous to be alone, but I got to enjoy the onsen all to myself. In the morning I was greeted kindly by the staff. The town is also a nice place to visit. I would like to come back in the fall to explore the area.
