I stayed here during the Shikoku Henro pilgrimage. Clean and spacious room, guest house located in the center of the town. Very nice owner. I recommend it!

Way too expensive for what it is. If you wish to get some rest after a hard day walking don't stay here. The railway is just 3 meters ahead and the house shakes until late in the night. It starts again from 5 am. There is no real common space so I had to eat on my bed. The light from the room next door illuminated mine as well as the wall was just made of washi paper.

“Not the best place if you seek rest after a long day hiking”
Kind lady helped check-in and explained how things work. There was a free towel and shower amenities and free coffee/tea. Although noisy at night, its also facinating to see the trains passing by. Lawson is just 5 minutes away!

Nice looking, old traditional Japanese house in Ioki. Pictures show the place well and the place met my expectations. You get privacy in your room through curtains or sliding doors. Modern bathroom and toilet. Area is calm and beautiful. Ioki cave is really close and is amazing. Lawson nearby. Owner is really friendly and helpful. Aki city closeby is a nice daytrip. Also, friendly cat Torami. Recommend for people who want to see smaller towns and spend time in an older house.
